These are out-Takes of Alarabiya-TV Reporter Hannan al-Masri learning of a Hamas missile being fired from the ground floor of the building housing the Al-Arabiya studio in Gaza City on January 1, 2009. The video was intercepted by an Israeli satellite hobbyist.
She is apparently talking to her husband or brother.
By the way, notice the view of 'impoverished' Gaza out the window of what is obviously an office tower.
She sure seems calm, doesn't she.
